Removal and installation of casings of a steering column

You will need a TORX T25 key.



1. Press the two latches..



2.... and remove the upper casing of the steering column.

Note. The steering wheel has been removed for clarity.

3. Prying off the latch with a screwdriver, remove the remote control for the audio system..



4.... and disconnect the wiring harness block.



5. Turn out three screws of fastening …



6.... and remove the lower casing of the steering column.

7. Install the removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
