1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the mudguard…

3. …and the front fender liner (see "Removing and installing wheel mudguards and fender liners").

4. Remove the sound insulation from the wing cavity.

5. Remove the headlight (see "Replacing the headlight").

6. Remove the outer… bolts

7. …and the internal fastenings of the front bumper to the front wing.

8. Remove the bolt securing the rear edge of the wing to the front body pillar.
NOTE: The front door has been removed for clarity, however, with the door fully open, the fender mounting bolt is fully accessible.

9. Remove the side turn signal light (see "Replacing the side turn signal light").

10. Pressing outward the rear edge of the decorative corner trim of the front pillar…

11. …remove the cover, overcoming the elastic resistance of the three pins that secure it.

12. Unscrew the bolt securing the wing to the front pillar, located under the decorative trim.
13. Remove the air intake box grille and water deflector shield (see "Removing and installing the air intake box grille and water drain shield").

14. Remove the bolt securing the wing to the front shield.

15. Unscrew the fasteners of the two pins securing the decorative shield of the front wing..

16. …prying with a screwdriver…

17. …remove the fasteners…

18. …and pistons…

19. …and remove the shield.

20. Remove the two bolts securing the wing to the engine compartment splash guard…

21. …one bolt for fastening to the engine compartment frame…

22. …one bolt for fastening to the front body pillar in the front wheel arch…

23. …two bolts for fastening to the body sill…

24. …and remove the front wing.
25. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
