WARNING: When an air bag inflates, traces of sodium hydroxide, a product of combustion that causes skin irritation, may remain on the surface of the air bag. Wear protective gloves when working on any deployed airbag modules. Failure to follow this instruction may result in injury.
1. Remove the opened module (And) airbags. For more information, refer to the appropriate procedure described in this section.
2. Seal the opened module (And) airbags in the package from the new module (to her) airbags or in a suitable plastic bag and dispose of in accordance with local hazardous waste regulations.
