Front caliper repair

1. Remove caliper (see subsection 10.2.2).

2. Push the piston out with compressed air through the brake fluid inlet to the caliper after installing the safety block of wood in the caliper.

3. Remove the protective elastic casing and piston gasket.

4. Wash the piston and cylinder with alcohol or brake fluid.

5. Install a new gasket and protective cover on the piston.

6. Lubricate the piston with special grease.

7. Insert the piston into the cylinder in the caliper and install the casing.

8. Install brake caliper (see subsection 10.2.2).
