Three-shaft gearbox, classic design, has five synchronized forward gears (4th gear - direct) and synchronized reverse gear. The box is installed along the axis of the car behind the engine. The shift lever is mounted on the floor of the car. Installed on cars since October 1988.

The gears are mounted on needle bearings.

Reverse gear is synchronized.
