If a concentrate mixture is used as coolant "Super Plus 4" and water does not require replacement of the coolant.

Checking the coolant level must be done constantly, but at least once a month.

To top up, use only coolant, that is, a mixture of distilled water and antifreeze.

Attention! In emergency cases, you can add clean water, but in the shortest possible time it is necessary to correct the density of the coolant or replace it.

The coolant level in the expansion tank must be between the marks "MIN" And "MAX" on a cold engine.

Add cold coolant only to a cold engine.

Diesel engine after September 93.7.0 l

Replace the coolant every 2 years.

1. Unscrew the cover of the expansion tank.

Attention! The cap should only be unscrewed at temperatures below 40°C, otherwise severe burns may result.

2. Install a suitable container under the radiator.

3. In the passenger compartment, set the heater temperature regulator to the maximum temperature position.

4. Unscrew the coolant drain plug at the bottom of the radiator and drain the coolant.

5. Place a suitable container under the cylinder block.

6. On the cylinder block, unscrew the coolant drain bolt and drain the coolant.

7. After draining is complete, flush the cooling system by directing a stream of clean water through the expansion tank and continue flushing until clean water emerges from the outlet of the lower radiator tank.

8. After flushing the system, screw the drain plugs back into place.

9. Fill the cooling system through the neck of the expansion tank until the release of air bubbles stops.

10. Start the engine and warm it up to operating temperature. While the engine is warming up, check the coolant level and top up if necessary.

11. Install expansion tank cap.

12. After the engine has cooled down, check the coolant level.
