The coolant level on a cold engine should be between the "Min" and "Max" marks on the expansion tank (Fig. 14). If the engine is hot, wait until the coolant cools down and only then add coolant. Unscrew the expansion tank cap to the first latch and wait until the pressure drops. Then unscrew the cap completely.
