Checking the engine oil level

Oil level gauge

The engine must be warmed up to normal operating temperature.

1. Park the vehicle on a level, level surface.

2. 3 minutes after turning off the engine, check the oil level, for which remove the oil level gauge, wipe it dry, insert it into place until it stops, remove it again and determine the amount of oil in the engine by the trace of oil on the oil level gauge.

3. Top up the oil only when the oil level drops to the mark "MIN".
