Method for detecting engine oil leaks
1. Check the engine oil level and top up if necessary.
2. Wash the engine thoroughly using engine cleaner.
3. Cover the areas where oil leaks are suspected with a thin layer of talc or powder and conduct a test drive over a distance of 30 km.
4. Inspect the engine and, based on the presence of fresh leaks, determine the location of the oil leak and eliminate the cause that led to the oil leak.
