Checking the oil level in the rear axle (Scorpio 1)

Periodic oil changes are not provided.

Type of oil used:

• at temperatures above -18°C – APL GL-5 SAE 90;
• at temperatures below -18°C – APL GL-5 SAE 80.

Unscrew the oil filler plug (indicated by the arrow) in the rear axle and check the oil level through the oil filler hole, which should be at the level of the lower edge of the hole. If necessary, add oil and tighten the plug with a torque of 45 Nm.
