Checking the condition of the front and rear brake pads (Scorpio 1)

1. Raise the vehicle and remove the front or rear wheels.

2. Check the amount of wear on the brake pads. If only one pad is badly worn, all four pads must be replaced (as a set).

3. For a complete check, remove and clean the brake pads, and also check the condition of the brake disc.
