1. Remove the upholstery of the tailgate (see «Removal and installation of an upholstery of a door of a back»).
2. Pry off with a screwdriver and disengage the electric drive rod from the lock.
3. Remove the latch from the rod on the electric drive mounting bracket.
4. Press the latch of the electric drive wiring harness block..
5.... and disconnect the drive terminal block.
6. Turn out two bolts of fastening of the electric drive of the lock of a door of a back..
7.... and remove the electric drive assembly with its mounting bracket from the car.
8. Remove the two screws securing the drive to the bracket..
9.... remove the actuator rod from engagement with the rod on the bracket..
10.... and remove the spring from the actuator rod.
11. Establish the electric drive of the lock of a door of a back in an order, the return to removal.
To remove the tailgate lock switch you will need a TORX T20 key.
1. Disengage the sheath of the lock drive cable from the holder..
2.... and remove the tip of the cable from the rod along with its retainer.
3. If necessary, remove the retainer from the end of the cable.
4. Remove the rod from the base of the switch.
5. Turn out three screws of fastening of the basis of the lock …
6.... turn the key in the lock counterclockwise..
7.... remove the lock switch base..
8.... and remove the switch cylinder.
9. Establish the switch of the lock of a door of a back in an order, the return to removal.
To remove the tailgate lock you will need a TORX T40 key.
1. Disconnect the rod from the electric tailgate lock (see above in this subsection).
2. Disconnect the rod from the lock switch (see above in this subsection).
3. Press the latch of the block of the wiring harness of the limit switch of the lock..
4.... and disconnect the block.
5. Turn out two screws of fastening..
6.... and remove the tailgate lock.
7. Establish the lock of a door of a back in an order, the return to removal.
To remove the latch of the tailgate lock you will need a TORX T40 key.
1. Remove the tailgate trim (see «Removal and installation of facings of a luggage carrier»).
2. Remove the two screws securing the latch to the back panel..
3.... and remove the latch.
4. Establish a latch of the lock of a door of a back in an order, the return to removal.
5. If, after installing the latch, the slamming of the door is accompanied by a strike of the lock lever on the latch, adjust the position of the latch, for which, through the holes in the lining, loosen the two screws securing the latch and, moving the latch in the transverse or longitudinal direction, achieve a shock-free slamming of the door. Then tighten the latch fixing screws.
