Replacing the power window rear door

You will need: flat blade screwdriver, TORX T20 wrench.

1. Remove the back door upholstery (see «Removal and installation of an upholstery of a back door»).

2. Remove the speaker of the speaker system from the corresponding side (see «Removing and installing speakers of the acoustic system»).



3. Pry off the retainer of the rear door wiring harness block with a screwdriver, remove the block from the rack cavity..



4.... disconnect the block..



5.... and push the wire harness inside the door cavity.




6. Peel off the technological hole plug from the power window base..



7.... while holding the glass, press the plastic retainer with a screwdriver and remove the retainer from the hole in the glass.



8. Remove the remote plug of the window regulator handle.



9. Raise the glass to the top position by hand, removing it from the power window bracket, and fix the glass with a screwdriver installed in the technological hole in the front of the door.




10. Push the door lock drive seal inside the door cavity.



11. Turn out nine bolts of fastening of the basis of a window regulator to a door …



12.... disconnect the base from the door, removing the door lock drive from the hole in the base..



13.... remove the plastic retainer of the door lock wiring harness block..




14.... disconnect the block from the terminals of the lock..



15.... and remove the power window base.



16. Remove the two screws securing the power window to its base..



17.... and remove the power window from the top..



18.... and lower pins on the base.

19. Establish a window regulator of a back door in an order, the return to removal.
