1. Remove the front door glass (see "Front door glass replacement").
2. If you are removing the window regulator for replacement, remove the gear motor from it (see "Replacing the front door window lift motor").
3. Remove the speaker from the acoustic system (see "Removal and installation speakers of the acoustic system").
4. Push the door lock drive seal into the door cavity.
5. Remove the eleven bolts securing the window lifter base to the door…
6. …disconnect the base from the door by removing the door lock drive from the hole in the base…
7. … remove the plastic retainer of the door lock wiring harness connector…
8. …disconnect the block from the lock terminals…
9. …press the front door wiring harness retainer…
10. …turn the wiring harness connector lock counterclockwise…
11. …disconnect the connector…
12. …push part of it into the door cavity…
13. …and remove the window regulator from the door.
14. Remove the two screws securing the window regulator to its base…
15. …and remove the window regulator from the pins on the base.
16. Install the front door window regulator in the reverse order of removal.
