            0

Remove the right exhaust manifold in the following order:

- disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery and remove the engine cover;

- disconnect the cable plug of the right lambda probe;

- unscrew the wire from the AGR valve and then unscrew the valve;

- Loosen the front right wheel nuts, lift the front of the car and remove the front wheel. At the same time, remove the lower right trim from the inside of the wheel arch (two screws on top);

- disconnect the tie rod joint from the steering knuckle arm (see "Steering");

- remove the underbody protection sheet under the front of the vehicle, if installed;

- remove the front exhaust pipe and neutralizer;

- push the engine to the right as far as possible and fix it in this position by inserting a wooden wedge into the left stop to prevent it from turning;

- remove the three-phase current generator as described for this engine in the section "Electrical equipment";

- unscrew the right lambda probe and AGR wire from the right exhaust manifold (the sensor will then be tightened to a torque of 60 Nm);

- unscrew the exhaust manifold. It is secured in the same way as the left manifold. Do not forget to separate all the remains of the old gasket.

Install in reverse order. To secure the parts, use the tightening torques specified for the right manifold, but with the following additions:

- tighten the AGR valve to 5 Nm, wire to 40 Nm;

- tighten the AGR wire to the manifold with a torque of 60 Nm;

- tighten the transverse steering rod connection to a torque of 37 Nm.
