Withdrawal
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Section 100-02 for more information.
2. Remove the motor protection.
3. Disconnect the HO2S electrical connector.
4. Using the special tool, remove the HO2S.
Installation

CAUTION: When installing a new HO2S sensor, it is possible that the new element will come with a longer cable than the removed element. It is important to route and secure the cable in such a way that it is not damaged by heat or moving parts, and is not subject to noise, vibration or harshness problems (NVH).
Reinstall the elements in reverse order.
