Removal
1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Section 100-02 for additional information.
2. Remove the engine protection.
3. Disconnect the HO2S sensor electrical connector.
4. Using the special tool, remove the HO2S sensor.
Installation

CAUTION: When installing a new HO2S, it is possible that the new component will have a longer cable than the component that was removed. It is important to route and secure the cable in a manner that will prevent damage from heat or moving parts, and to avoid causing noise, vibration, or harshness (NVH) problems.
Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
