Idle Air Control Valve (1.8L/2.0L/1.6L Zetec-E) (Focus 1)

Removal

1. Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe.



2. Disconnect the idle air control (IAC) valve electrical connector.



3. Remove the upper IAC valve bolt.



4. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Section 100-02 for additional information.

5. Remove the IAC valve.

Installation

1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
