Models with a catalyst
Attention! The HEGO transducer is a very delicate and sensitive instrument and can be damaged by impact or power failure. Do not touch the sensor tip with bare hands.
1. Remove ground wire from battery.
2. Raise the front of the car.
3. Remove the connector from the sensor, after releasing the clamps.
4. Remove the heat shield from the sensor.
5. Unscrew the sensor from the exhaust pipe and remove the O-ring.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal, while it is necessary to install a new sealing ring.
