All cars
The air filter cover and housing are made of plastic. There are four screws on the cover that allow access to the filter element. The air filter housing is attached to the car using three pins located on the bottom of the housing. These pins are inserted into rubber bushings secured in the support bracket.
All except vehicles with 1.6L Duratec engine
The MAF sensor is attached to a plastic housing, which is secured to the air cleaner cover with two screws. The air cleaner inlet pipe is connected to the base of the air cleaner housing. The air cleaner outlet pipe is connected to the MAF sensor housing and the throttle body with clamps.
