Inspection and verification


1. Turn on the parking lights to check the customer complaint.

2. Check the following possible causes of electrical system malfunctions:

Visual inspection table


Electrical factors:
  • Electrical circuit(s)
  • Fuse box
  • Lamp(s)
  • Loose, corroded or faulty plug

3. If the complaint is not resolved by this check, find the malfunction symptom(s) in the following Malfunction Symptom Table and proceed accordingly.

•Fuse F47 and/or F48.

•Proceed to M System Check.

•Parking lights, tail lights or license plate lights are constantly on

•Electrical circuit(s).

•Light switch ()

•Ignition switch.

•Central Junction Box (CJB)

•Central Timer Module (CTM).

•Proceed to System Check N.
