Inspection and testing of the parking brake

1. Check the customer complaint by applying the parking brake system.

2. Perform a visual inspection for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.

3. If an obvious cause for a reported or received complaint is identified, resolve it (if possible) before proceeding with further action.
