Parking brake adjustment

1. Raise the vehicle and place it securely on stands. Block the front wheels so it doesn't roll.

2. The parking brake must be fully released.

3. Working under the vehicle, tighten the adjusting nut until until the rear brakes are slightly tacky when spinning the wheels (see picture). Now turn the nut back so that the sticking is gone.


12.3. While holding the end of the adjusting rod from turning with locking pliers, turn the adjusting nut until the rear brakes are slightly "get stuck". then turn the nut back so that the brakes do not stick.


4. Lower the vehicle and check the operation of the parking brake.
