Removing the front bumper

Open the hood and remove the fairing (4 bolts).

Remove the grille (arrows).

Raise the front of the vehicle securely.

Unscrew the side fixing bolts (in both wheel arches).



Remove the bumper trim from the fenders on both sides.

Lower the car.

Loosen the fastening clips with a suitable screwdriver (arrows). Place a piece of felt or a soft cloth under the screwdriver to avoid scratching the surface.



Remove the bumper cover. To loosen the mounting clips, lower the bumper 1. Then detach the grille 2 with three clips. Now tighten trim 3 until you can disconnect connectors for direction indicators 4 and (if installed) additional headlights 5.



Loosen the bumper mounting bolts and remove the bumper.

Installation is carried out in the reverse order. Carefully straighten the bumper and decorative panel with an assistant.

Tighten the bumper bolts to 25 Nm.
