The dismantling is almost the same on both sides. We will describe it using the left side as an example and then move on to dismantling the windshield washer reservoir as well.
Dismantling
Safely raise the front of the car (apply the handbrake and secure the rear axle with a chock). Remove the relevant wheel.
Remove the mudguard liner (6 bolts).
Remove the mudguard by unscrewing the bolts (arrows)
Remove the bumper as described above.
Remove the side turn signal lights as described above.
Remove the headlight as described above.
Loosen the mounting bolts in the upper wing flap.
Remove the gasket.
Remove the windshield washer system filler pipe and take the reservoir out of the wheel arch (2 bolts).
Loosen the visible wing bolts on the A-pillar.
Open the door halfway and remove the upper mounting bolt (arrow) on the A-pillar.
Remove the upper mounting bolt on the A-pillar
Using a narrow spatula or a sharp knife, separate the contact surfaces of the wing with the body.
Carefully lift the wing around the perimeter at all contact surfaces.
Disconnect the side turn signal light connector.
Lower the vehicle. The vehicle should now be on a level surface.
Installation
Varnish the new wing and protect it from rust in the inner folds and in the area where the wing liner contacts.
Clean the contact surfaces on the front of the car. Restore damaged contact surfaces with primer and topcoat. Dry.
Close the door completely.
Place the wing and align. Then install all the bolts and tighten the bolts by hand into the wing rebate (clean and lightly lubricate the threads beforehand). Check the gap with the door and adjust if necessary (4.0 mm ±1.0 mm).
Tighten the upper bolts into the wing flange. At the same time, align the wing.
Hand tighten the front bolt on the vertical section of the wing.
Close the hood.
Adjust the gap between the wing and the hood (4.0 mm ±1.0 mm). Open the hood and tighten the front bolt on the vertical part of the wing.
Check the alignment with the door and reinstall if necessary.
Tighten the bolt into the A-pillar on the wheel arch side.
Recheck the gap size in relation to the door and tighten the bottom bolt in the door channel.
Tighten the bolts into the wing flap.
Check the dimensions of all gaps and tighten the remaining bolts.
Open the door halfway and tighten the top bolt on the A-pillar.
Tighten the side bolts.
Tighten the bottom bolts.
Install the gasket.
Mount the headlights. Mount the side turn signal.
Install the rubber bonnet support damper - align the bonnet as described above.
Complete the rest of the installation in reverse order.
