Door installation

Park your vehicle on as level a surface as possible and open the door to be installed. In the open position, the fixing bolts of the door hinges are easily accessible.

Stages of work

Loosen the hinge fixing bolts just enough so that the door in the closed position can be leveled on the body when lightly pressed or tilted. If the bolts are loosened too much, the door will constantly fall down when opened.

Close the door and align so that all edges are in the same plane with the body and the dimensions of the gaps are almost the same. If the door is not level at the B or C pillar, loosen the door wedge further and move it along with the door in the appropriate direction.

Now pull the outer door handle and lift it slightly to open the door.

Tighten all fixing bolts - recheck door fit and. if necessary, carry out additional adjustment as described.
