Removal and installation of a lateral door

The side doors of cars manufactured before September 1986 and later have minor differences.



1. Open the door as far as possible and unscrew the door opening limiter.

2. Remove the sill trim and lower side panel retaining clips.

3. Remove the air supply duct from the heater.

4. Remove the lower door hinge bolts from the body.

5. Unscrew the bolts securing the upper hinge of the door from the body and remove the door.
