1. Remove the reservoir cap and pump out the brake fluid from the reservoir, for example, using a large medical syringe (see "Replacing the brake master cylinder reservoir").
2. Disconnect the connector from the brake fluid level sensor and the hose to the clutch master cylinder from the brake master cylinder reservoir (see "Replacing the brake master cylinder reservoir").
Note: Immediately after disconnecting the hose from the reservoir, plug its opening without lowering the hose down. Some working fluid will remain in the hose, so after installing the reservoir and connecting the hose to it, there is no need to bleed air from the clutch release hydraulic drive.
3. To prevent dirt from getting into the tank, install a plug on it.

4. Unscrew the nuts securing the two pipes to the master brake cylinder…

5. …and move the pipes to the side.
Note: Seal the lines using any means available (such as by placing protective bleeder valve caps on their ends) to prevent brake fluid from escaping.
6. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the holder on the tank (see "Replacing the brake master cylinder reservoir").

7. Unscrew the two nuts securing the master brake cylinder to the vacuum booster (for clarity, this operation is shown with the vacuum booster removed).

8. Remove the master brake cylinder assembly with the reservoir.

9. Using a screwdriver, remove the rubber sealing ring from the body of the master brake cylinder.
Caution! Replace the master cylinder sealing ring with a new one each time the connection is disassembled.
10. Install the brake master cylinder in the reverse order of removal, fill with brake fluid and bleed air from the system (see "Bleeding the hydraulic brake system").
