Removal and installation of a cowl

You will need: socket head «on 10», flat blade screwdriver.

Note. To avoid injury and damage to vehicle parts, remove the hood with an assistant.

1. Open the hood and place it on the stop.



2. Remove the windshield washer hoses from the holders on the hood..



3.... and disconnect them from both jets.



4. Having pressed the latches with a screwdriver, remove both windshield washer jets from the hood and install the parts on the new hood.

5. If you remove the hood not for replacement, mark the position of its hinges relative to the body (for example, circling the loops along the contour with a felt-tip pen).



6. Turn out on two bolts of fastening of loops of a cowl to regiments of a framework of a motor compartment and remove a cowl.

7. Install the hood and all removed parts in the reverse order of removal.
