Removing and installing the instrument cluster (Focus 2)

You will need: TORX T25 key, flat-blade screwdriver.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.

2. Remove the plug from the socket for installing the radio (see "Removing and installing the instrument panel") or a radio depending on the configuration.

3. Remove the left central heater nozzle (see "Removing and installing the instrument panel").

5. Remove the two screws securing the instrument cluster.

6. Put your hand under the dashboard…

7. …and press the instrument cluster lock.

8. Move the combination away from the instrument panel…

11. …disconnect the wiring harness connector and remove the instrument cluster.

12. Install the parts in the reverse order of removal.
