Removal
1. Remove the gear shift lever cover.
- 1. Remove the gear shift knob.
- 2. Release the lid.
- Disconnect the connectors (the number and configuration depend on the specific equipment).
2. Remove the gear shift lever from the manual transmission.
- 1. Disconnect the shift and gear selector cables.
- 2. Remove the bolts.
Installation
1. Install the elements back in place in reverse order.
2. Adjust the shift mechanism. For additional information, refer to Section 308-00.
