Removal
1. General notes:
- Before starting repairs, remove the bumper, taillight, tailgate seal, tailgate, air vent socket, lower trim panel, side window, interior trim panels, inner fender, seat cushion, rear seat and seat belt.
- Note the cutout of the replacement element in the C-pillar.
- Move flooring and electrical wiring away from the work area.

Installation
1. General instructions:
- Replacing the right rear side panel: Apply flange sealant to the area around the fuel filler neck before installation.
2. Rear side panel
NOTE: Always apply two-part metal adhesive immediately before installing a new component.
- 1. Spot weld the backing strip to the cut edge.
- 2. Apply two-component metal adhesive.
3. Rear side panel
- 1. Intermittent welding using MIG technology
- 2. Continuous welding seam using MIG technology
- 3. Perform puddling welding.
- 4. Fix the wheel arch flanging and perform spot welding.
