Withdrawal
1. General notes:
- Remove the bumper, tail light, tailgate seal, tailgate, air vent slot, lower trim panel trim, side window, interior trim panels, inner fender, seat cushion, rear seat and seat belt before beginning repair.
- Pay attention to the cutout of the element to be replaced in the rack «WITH».
- Move flooring and electrical wiring away from work area.
2. Rear side panel

Installation
1. General instructions:
- Right Rear Side Panel Replacement: Apply flange sealant around the fuel filler before installation.
2. Rear side panel
NOTE: Always apply two-component metal adhesive immediately before installing a new element.
- 1. Spot weld the backing strip to the cut edge.
- 2. Apply two component metal adhesive.
3. Rear side panel
- 1. Intermittent MIG weld
- 2. Continuous MIG weld
- 3. Perform a puddling weld.
- 4. Attach the wheel arch trim and spot weld.
