Withdrawal

1. General notes

• Remove the bumper, tail light, tailgate seal, air vent holder, lower trim panel trim, door window, trim panels, inner fender, seat cushion, rear seat, seat belt, door seal, and striker before starting repair.
• Pay attention to the replacement part cutout in the bottom trim panel, rack «WITH» and rack «D».
• Move flooring and electrical wiring away from work area.

2. Seal mounting panel

Installation

1.

NOTE: Apply flange protector and two-component metal adhesive immediately before installing a new replacement part.

Rear side panel

• 1. Make a continuous MIG weld.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
• 3. Apply flange protection.
• 4. Apply two component metal adhesive.
• 5. Crimp the joint of the wheel arch sections and spot weld.

2. Seal mounting panel

• 1. Make a continuous MIG weld.
• 2. Perform a puddling weld.
