Removal

1. General note

• Before starting repairs, remove the rear side panel, rear panel, light mounting panel and reinforcement, water drain panel and wheel arch extension.

2. Remove the reinforcement of the lock's mating part.



3. Outer wheel arch with inner rear side panel

• 1. Cut (open spot welds).
• 2. Rout spot welds (to a depth equal to twice the panel thickness).

4. Inner rear side panel

• 1. Place of cutting
• 2. Remove the remaining flange on the C-pillar reinforcement.
• 3. Heat the area.

Installation

1. Inner rear side panel

• 1. Perform puddling welding.
• 2. Perform welding using MIG technology.
• 3. Perform puddling welding.
