Withdrawal

1. General note

• Before repair, remove the rear side panel, rear panel, lamp mounting panel and reinforcement, water drain panel and wheel arch extension.

2. Remove the reinforcement of the counterpart of the lock.



3. Outer wheel arch with inner rear side panel

• 1. Cut (open spot welds).
• 2. Mill the spot welds (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).

4. Inner rear side panel

• 1. Place of cut
• 2. Remove the remaining flange on the rack reinforcement «WITH».
• 3. Heat up the area.

Installation

1. Inner rear side panel

• 1. Perform a puddling weld.
• 2. Perform MIG welding.
• 3. Perform a puddling weld.
