Removal and installation of the panel of an internal upholstery of doors

Front door





1. Open the door and unscrew 5 screws (rear door 7 screws) securing the front and rear edges of the door trim panel (the arrows indicate the screws for fastening the rear of the door upholstery).

2. Remove the two plugs and unscrew the two screws securing the door pocket. Remove pocket.

3. On vehicles with electric windows and mirrors, press and disconnect the drive connectors. The power window switch connector on the driver's side is color-coded; blue plug - far glass. On vehicles with a manual power window, remove the window lift handle, which is held in place with one screw.



4. Remove decorative cap (arrow) for access to the window handle fixing screw.



5. unscrew the screws (indicated by arrows) armrest attachments. Access to one of them is possible through the hole after removing the power window switch.




6. unscrew the screw (indicated by an arrow) fastening of a decorative overlay of the internal handle of a door.



7. unscrew the screw (indicated by an arrow) fasteners and remove the decorative triangular trim covering the mirror mounting screw and unscrew the mirror.

8. Press the upholstery panel from the door at the top to release the clips, then lift it up to release the lower fixing supports. To do this, you will have to slightly shake the panel of the inner door trim.


9. To access the internal elements of the door, it is necessary to remove the foam rubber coating (1). It is attached with an adhesive layer along the edges, some elements of the door can be attached with it. In these places, the coating must be cut with a knife, and glue it when installing (2 - view of the door without coating).


10. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.

Backdoor



The operations for removing the interior trim panel of the rear doors are the same as for the front doors (see above). The difference is that the inner handle block is attached with two screws, one of which can be accessed after removing the ashtray.
