Screws (1) for adjusting the position of the window lifter
1 – front door, 2 – back door
1. Remove the interior door trim panel.
2. Remove the foam rubber coating.
3. Remove the door seal.
Front door
4. Lift the glass to the stop and support it.
5. Unscrew the two screws securing the glass to the window regulator and lower the glass into the door.
6. Unscrew the three screws (one in front and two in the back) securing the glass guide (1 – screw securing the front door glass guide).
7. Remove the glass from the guide. Carefully remove the glass upwards through the window opening.
8. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
9. Adjust the position of the guides so that the glass moves easily and smoothly.
Back door
10. Unscrew the two screws (1) securing the glass guides.
11. Unscrew the two screws securing the glass to the window regulator.
12. Remove the glass from the guides and carefully pull the glass up through the window opening.
13. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
14. Adjust the position of the guides so that the glass moves easily and smoothly.
15. Install the interior door trim panel and foam rubber covering.
16. Install the door opening seal.
