Withdrawal


Windshield (with manual window)


1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Remove the panel of internal facing of a door (paragraph 11).

3. Remove the outside mirror (paragraph 16).

4. Temporarily install the power window handle on the pins.

5. Lower the glass until then. when the glass support bracket is visible through the holes in the inner door panel. Remove the power window handle.
6. Gently pull out the moisture sealing strip from the outer edge of the door.

7. While supporting the glass, remove the bolts from its support bracket.

8. Raising the glass up and tilting it back, pull it out of the door.

Windshield (with power window)


9. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

10. Remove the panel of an internal facing of a door (paragraph 11).

11. Remove the outside mirror (paragraph 16).

12. Temporarily connect the negative battery cable and power window switch. Lower the window so that its support bracket and bolts are visible through the holes in the inner door panel (see fig. 12.12).



13. Gently pull out the moisture sealing strip from the outer edge of the door (see fig. 12.13).




14. While supporting the glass, remove the bolts from its support bracket.

15. Raising the glass up and tilting back, pull it out of the door (see fig. 12.15).



Rear glass (with manual window)


16. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

17. Remove the panel of an internal facing of a door (paragraph 11).

18. Temporarily install the power window handle on the splines.

19. Lower the glass until the glass carrier bracket is visible through the holes in the inner door panel. Remove the power window handle.

20. While supporting the glass, remove the bolts from its support bracket.

21. Turn out screws and remove the ventilating lattices located on a back door behind (see fig. 12.21, a, b).




22. Carefully remove the moisture seal from the outer edge of the door.

23. Together with an assistant, raise the glass and hold it close to the position in which the window is closed.

24. Let go (without opening completely) three bolts for the window regulator. Then slide the top bolts to the right and push them out. Slide the bottom bolt up and push it out. Lower the power window assembly into the door.

25. Lower the glass inside the door so that it is below the operating position of the power window, and move the glass to the outside of its guides.

26. Together with an assistant, lift the glass and pull it out of the door (see fig. 12.26).



Rear glass (with power window)


27. The procedure is the same as for a manual power window, taking into account the difference in window mechanisms.

Installation


All doors


28. Installation - in the reverse order of removal. It is necessary to correctly install the glass on its bearing bracket.
