Withdrawal

1. General note.

• Before repairing, remove the rear side panel, rear panel and water drain panel along with its reinforcement panel.

2. Reinforcing panel of the counterpart of the lock

• Mill out the spot welds.

3. Outer wheel arch with inner rear side panel

• 1. Open the spot welds by cutting them.
• 2. Mill the spot welds (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).

4. Inner rear side panel

• 1. Places of cut
• 2. Remove the remaining flange from the rack reinforcement «WITH».

5. Seat belt attachment panel

• Mill out the spot welds on the inside.

Installation

1. Wheel arch with inner rear side panel and reinforcement panels

• 1. Perform a puddling weld.
• 2. MIG weld the inner rear side panel.
• 3. Do a puddling weld (to a depth equal to twice the thickness of the panel).

2. Seat belt attachment panel

• Perform a puddling weld.
