Removal
1. Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05.
2. Remove the side impact protection reinforcement.
3. Remove the door speaker (if equipped).
4. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector.
5. Disconnect the door latch release lever.

CAUTION: Do not touch the adhesive surface as this will disrupt the re-bonding.
Detach the seal.
- Using a plastic knife (disposable), cut the butyl strip, which will allow you to pull the seal.
7. Connect the electrical connector of the window control switch.
8. Align the regulator clamp with the hole.
9. Disconnect the window glass from the regulator clamp.
- 1. Push the pin out.
- 2. Push the bushing out.
- 3. Remove the window glass from the regulator clamp.

CAUTION: Make sure the window glass has adequate support at the top of the opening.
Using suitable hooks, lift and secure the window glass.
11. Disconnect the window control switch electrical connector.
12. Disconnect the electric motor electrical connector.
13. Remove the electric motor and window regulator. Unscrew the screws.
Installation
1. Install the motor and window regulator. Tighten the screws.
2. Connect the electric motor electrical connector.
3. Connect the electrical connector of the window control switch.

CAUTION: Make sure the window glass has adequate support at the top of the opening.
Remove the hooks.
5. Align the regulator clamp with the hole.
6. Secure the window glass to the regulator clamp.
- 1. Push the sleeve in.
- 2. Push the pin in.
- 3. Push the door glass down firmly to secure the pin in the regulator clamp.
7. Disconnect the window control switch electrical connector.
8. Secure the seal.
9. Secure the door latch release lever.
10. Connect the speaker electrical connector.
11. Install the door speaker.
12. Install the side impact protection reinforcement.
13. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Section 501-05 for additional information.
