Carefully drill out the heads of the window regulator mounting rivets with a 6 mm drill. Remove the window regulator from the door. To do this, position the housing horizontally in the door and remove the lifting mechanism with the cable and the guide bar (see Fig. 11.27).
Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
