Bonnet lock cable

Withdrawal

Open the hood and disconnect the cable from the hood latch. Disconnect the cable sheath from the lock (see fig. 11.11).



Working from inside the vehicle, unscrew the 4 screws and remove the lower steering column cover. Disconnect the cable from the hood release lever and remove the cable into the engine compartment (see fig. 11.12).

Installation

Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
