Removal
Using a long, strong, thin thread or fishing line, cut the adhesive between the mirror base and the windshield.
If you need to reinstall a removed mirror, clean the base of the mirror with methylated spirits and wipe it with a lint-free cloth. Clean the black trim on the windshield in the same way
Installation
Glue the mirror at a temperature of about 20°C. Remove the protective film from one side of the sticky pad and attach the sticky pad to the base of the mirror.
Heat the mirror at 50-70°C for 30 seconds. Remove the protective film from the other side of the adhesive pad on the mirror base. Align the mirror base with the black pad on the windshield and press the mirror to the glass. To ensure a strong connection, hold it pressed for at least 2 minutes.
The position of the interior mirror can be adjusted after 30 minutes.
