Removal
1. Remove the door trim panel. For additional information, refer to Section 501-05.
2. Remove the side impact protection reinforcement.
3. Remove the door speaker (if equipped).
4. Disconnect the speaker electrical connector.
5. Disconnect the door latch release lever.

CAUTION: Do not touch the adhesive surface as this will disrupt the re-bonding.
Detach the seal.
- Using a plastic knife (disposable), cut the butyl strip, which will allow you to pull the seal.
7. Connect the opening handle.
8. Remove the glass mounting bolts.
- Align the bolts with the holes.
9. Disconnect the door glass from the regulator.
- 1. Hold the window glass at the top of the opening.
- 2. Lower the regulator.

CAUTION: Make sure the window glass has adequate support at the top of the opening.
Using suitable hooks, lift and secure the window glass.
11. Remove the regulator. Unscrew the screws.
Installation
1. Install all elements back in place in reverse order.
