Instrument cluster
A - basic version, L and GL, B - Ghia version, 1 - printed circuit board, 2 - housing, 3 - casing, 4 - glass, 5 - speedometer, 6 - fuel and coolant temperature gauge, 7 - tachometer
Withdrawal
1. Disconnect ground wire from battery.
2. Remove the upper and lower steering column covers.
3. Using a small screwdriver, carefully pry up and remove the instrument cluster illumination dimming knob and the intermittent wiper control and remove the multi-pin connector.
4. Unscrew the four screws securing the casing of the instrument cluster and remove the casing.
5. Unscrew the four screws securing the instrument cluster and slightly move the instrument cluster forward from the front panel. bolts after removing the plastic covers (arrows show fastening screws).
6. Disconnect the speedometer cable, and (on the right side) multi-pin connector for connecting electrical wires.
Installation
To install the instrument cluster, follow the steps in reverse order with respect to the removal process.
