The following wear parts must be purchased as replacements: Air cleaner element. When buying, keep in mind that depending on the power of the installed engine, different replaceable elements are required.
Caution: Do not blow compressed air through the air filter element.
Carbureted engine
Withdrawal
Unscrew the 4 mounting bolts and release the clamps, remove the cover and remove the filter cartridge.
Wipe the filter housing with a cloth.
Installation
Insert a new replacement element into the air filter housing. Attach the cover from above, snap the quick-closing clamps and tighten the fastening bolts.
Injection engine and turbocharged diesel engine
Withdrawal
Turbocharged diesel engine
Injection engine
Release clips -arrows- and fold filter housing cover to one side.
Remove the filter element.
Wipe the filter housing with a cloth.
Installation
Insert a new replacement element into the air filter housing.
Put the cover on top, snap the clamps.
Connect and secure the intake air hose with a clamp.
Naturally aspirated diesel engine
Withdrawal
Unscrew 4 nuts and remove the air filter housing cover
Remove the filter element.
Wipe the filter housing with a cloth.
Installation
Insert a new replacement element into the air filter housing.
Put the cover on top and tighten the fastening nuts.
