Checking the rubber boots of the steering gear (Scorpio 2)

Examine the rubber boots, paying attention to the presence of traces of grease (shiny oil stains of dirt) on the cuffs and associated parts.

Check the reliability of tightening the covers with clamps.

Illuminate the rubber covers with a lamp and check for porosity or cracks, while simultaneously turning the wheels from lock to lock.



Defective rubber covers must be replaced immediately.
