Replacement of a back sealing ring of a cranked shaft

1. Remove flywheel.

2. To remove the crankshaft rear sealing ring, drill two small holes in the ring, screw two self-tapping screws into them, and pull out the sealing ring with pliers behind the heads of the self-tapping screws.

3. Clean the sealing ring seat.

4. Lubricate the sealing lips of the new sealing ring with fresh engine oil and install it in the seat with the sealing lips facing inwards.

5. Install flywheel.
