Headlights - high/low beam

Halogen lamps 60/55 W H4



Never hold lamps by the glass. Turn off the lights. Raise the hood, remove the wire tie and remove the rear headlight cover. Squeeze the spring clip legs, remove it and lift the lamp out of the reflector. Install a new lamp and check all operations in reverse order.

Side lights

5W lamps with wedge-shaped base.

Remove the bulb from the reflector by turning the bulb socket counterclockwise. Remove the bulb, insert the bulb holder into the socket and tighten it. turning clockwise.

Installing the headlight

Check the headlight adjustment every time you replace the H4 bulb. The horizontal and vertical adjustment screws are located on the back of the reflector. Precise adjustment can only be achieved in a workshop.

Front direction indicators

Spherical lamp with a power of 21 W.

From the engine compartment, disconnect the spring retainer that holds the turn signal housing. Remove the housing from the socket. Turn the lamp holder counterclockwise and remove it. Press the bulb, turn it counterclockwise and remove it. Install the lamp and the entire assembly in reverse order.

Side repeaters

5W lamps with wedge-shaped base.

Working from the engine compartment, remove the entire lamp housing by turning it counterclockwise. Remove the lamp from the socket. Install the new lamp in reverse order.

Replacing the bulbs in the rear light housing (Combi/bus)

Open the rear doors and remove the two plastic round nuts holding the light. Remove the entire taillight assembly from the car and remove the mounting plate to gain access to the bulbs. Replace the burnt-out lamp and reassemble the entire unit in reverse order.

Taillight Assembly (Chassis)

Remove the retaining clip and move aside the plastic frame that protects the diffuser. Remove the diffuser from the housing and replace the faulty lamp.

License plate light (cars with double rear doors)

Lamp with a wedge-shaped base with a power of 5 watts.

Remove the lamp cover with a suitable screwdriver and replace the lamp. Put the lid back on.

License plate light (cars with a rear door)

10W lamps with cylindrical base.



Move the diffuser aside. Press on the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove it. Insert the new bulb and close the diffuser.

License Plate Light (Chassis)

Remove the diffuser from the housing and take out the lamp. Insert the new bulb and put on the diffuser.

Interior lighting

10W finger lamp.



Turn off the interior lights. Use the flat end of a screwdriver to pry open the lamp housing and replace the lamp.

Turn off the interior lights. Use the flat end of a screwdriver to pry open the lamp housing. Press down on the lamp, turn it counterclockwise and remove it. Insert a new lamp.
