Left-hand threaded nut
1. Place the spare tire on the studs. Tighten the nuts, making sure the cone of the nut faces the wheel.
2. Lower the car and remove the jack.
3. Tighten the nuts completely in a cross pattern.
4. Align the wheel cap with the valve and fix it with your hand in the desired position.
