Stoplight Switch Replacement

The brake light switch is mounted on the pedal assembly bracket and is located above the brake pedal.



1. Disconnect the wire from the terminal «minus» battery.



2. Squeeze the latch..



3.... and disconnect the block of wires from the brake light switch.



4. Turn the switch clockwise and remove it.

5. When installing the brake light switch, depress the brake pedal, insert the switch into the mounting hole and turn it counterclockwise until it stops with a characteristic click (the brake light switch must be fully extended).
