Replacing the brake light switch (Mondeo 4)

The brake light switch is mounted on the brake pedal bracket.

1. Disconnect the wire from the negative terminal of the battery.



2. Squeeze the latch…



3….and disconnect the block from the switch.



4. Turn the switch clockwise…



5….and take it off.

6. Install the brake light switch in the reverse order of removal.
